Joint Safety Committee. There shall be established a Joint Safety Committee on which the Union and the Association respectively shall have equal representation. Safety Committee meetings between the Union and the Association shall be convened within fifteen (15) days after notice given by either Party and the Joint Safety Committee to meet regularly at least once every three (3) months.
