Joint Union-Management Apprenticeship Committee. This committee will be comprised of two (2) Union and two (2) management representatives, as well as the Human Resources Manager who will act as coordinator. The purpose of the committee will be to develop and supervise the procedures required to carry out the intent of the program as agreed to. The committee will also carry out the following duties.
