Juneau Base Staffing. Management will work toward maximizing the number of 24-hour shifts at the Juneau Base. Shift start times will be set based on the needs of the community and timing of highest flight volume. If management must change a start time, affected RNs will be notified of the change at least four weeks prior to its implementation.
