Jury and Legal. Any employee called for jury duty during school hours or who is subpoenaed to appear in any judicial proceeding which does not involve the business of the employee shall be granted paid leave for the time necessary to serve on the jury or appear in the judicial proceeding. Any fees or remuneration the employee receives during such leave shall be turned over to the Iowa City Community School District.
