JURY AND/OR WITNESS LEAVE. 11.2.1 An employee called for jury duty in the manner prescribed by law or required to appear in court, other than as a litigant, or to appear as a witness in a court, when subpoenaed by proper authority, or in response to an official order from another governmental jurisdiction, shall be granted leave. Such leave is without loss of salary.
