Jury and Witness Pay. Full-time and regular part-time employees summoned to jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness to a Court of Law shall be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid them for jury or witness services and the amount they would have earned had they worked on such days. This does not apply if the employee is excused from jury duty or witness service for the rest of that day or days and fails to report back to work, or if the jury duty occurs on the employee's scheduled day off.
