Jury Duty and Judicial Appearances. Members of the unit shall be entitled to leave without loss of pay to appear in court as a witness, pursuant to a lawful order of the court other than as a litigant, or to respond to an official order from an authorized governmental agency, or to serve as a juror. Any jury fees or witness fees received by the unit member shall be remitted to the District.
