– JURY DUTY or COURT DUTY. 26.01 An employee who is required to attend in court as a member of a jury or as a witness subpoenaed to testify in a criminal prosecution or a civil action in which the employee is not a party, is required to submit a copy of the notice to attend, to his/her immediate supervisor, as soon as it is received from the court.
