JURY DUTY OR SUBPOENAED CROWN WITNESS. 31.01 When an employee with three (3) months' continuous full-time service is called upon to serve on a jury or as a subpoenaed Crown Witness, the Company shall pay the difference between the fee received from the Crown and the employee's regular weekly wage rate, provided:
