Common use of Jury Duty or Subpoenaed Witness Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty or Subpoenaed Witness. An employee required to perform jury duty, appear for jury selection or appear as a subpoenaed witness will continue to receive his normal straight-time wages. He/She shall turn over to the Company all monies received from the court for such service, excluding payment for meals, lodging, transportation and parking.
