Jury Duty/Subpoenaed Witness. Teachers will be granted leave without loss of pay for jury duty or as a result of a subpoena. Teachers are required to notify the supervising Administrator upon receipt of a notice of being selected for jury duty or being subpoenaed. Immediately upon such notification, a copy of the notice or other proof shall be given to the supervising Administrator.
