Jury Duty/Subpoenaed Witness. 20.1 Employees who have completed their probationary period will be paid the difference between the amount paid for such service (not including transportation allowance) and their regular base rate for each day of Jury Duty, or as a subpoenaed witness. 20.2 Employees must notify their production supervisor immediately after receipt of the selection for Jury Duty or subpoena, and must complete and sign the "Request for Jury Duty Pay" form available from the supervisor. Employees must also furnish a written statement from the appropriate public official showing the date and the time served and the amount of pay received.
