JURY DUTY TRUST. The Jury Duty Trust receives contributions from Employers, maintains records for the employees on whose behalf contributions are made, makes payments to employees who are called for jury duty, and pays the administrative expenses attributable to this trust. The Jury Duty Trust so established shall detail the rules and regulations for eligibility for jury duty in accordance with pre-existing regulations for eligibility and payment of jury duty benefits.
