(i) The Seller will have and maintain (A) administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate Records necessary to service outstanding Receivables and prepare reports required by the Transaction Documents if originals are destroyed), (B) adequate facilities, personnel and equipment and (C) all Records and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for collecting the Receivables (including Records adequate to permit the immediate identification of each Obligor, each new Receivable and all Collections of, and adjustments to, each existing Receivable).
