Kick-Off Times. (a) In respect of Championship matches, except as provided in Regulation 4.2 (b) and (c), the Home Club shall fix the time of kick-off of its Championship match as follows: (i) between 12 noon and 5.30pm in each case for a Championship match played on a Saturday, Sunday, bank holiday or other public holiday; and (ii) between 7pm and 8pm for a Championship match played on a Friday or on any other day as directed from time to time by the RFU. (b) Subject to Regulation 4.2 (c) below, any variations to the timings referred to in Regulation 4.2(a) shall only be made by the Home Club with the prior approval of the RFU or its delegated nominee. Such decision shall be binding on each Club and the RFU. In the event of a variation in the time fixed for the kick-off of a Championship match, the RFU shall forthwith notify the Visiting Club and Referee and Match Officials in writing of such variation. (c) Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Regulations, the RFU has the absolute right to select or alter the proposed kick-off time when notified in advance of proposed changes. (d) In relation to a Championship match televised live, the RFU shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, determine the day on the published weekend and time of kick-off of such Championship match. For the avoidance of doubt the RFU may determine that a televised match may be scheduled for any day of the week or time. Such decision shall be binding on each Club and the RFU. The RFU shall notify each Club and the officials of the kick-off times with which each Club will comply. (e) The last round of matches in the Championship shall kick off by no later than 3pm on Saturday 9 May 2020 In the sole opinion of the RFU where the circumstances are exceptional, the RFU may determine an alternative later date and time.

  • Cut-off Times Bank has established cut-off times for receipt of some categories of Instruction, which shall be made available to Customer. If Bank receives an Instruction after its established cut-off time, it shall attempt to act upon the Instruction on the day requested if Bank deems it practicable to do so or otherwise as soon as practicable on the next business day.

  • Open House The administration shall schedule, within each school year, an evening open house not to exceed three (3) hours. Each teacher shall attend this evening open house session. Fulfillment of this provision shall provide each teacher with a half day of compensatory time pursuant to this article.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with Company’s policy in place from time to time; provided, however, that Executive shall be eligible to accrue no less than twenty (20) days per calendar year (with such amount prorated for the balance of 2017).

  • Current Locations The chief executive office of each Company is located at the address set forth in Schedule 2 hereto.

  • Daylight Savings Time Employees required to work more than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or more than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from daylight savings time to standard time shall be paid for the additional hour worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2). Employees required to work less than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or less than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from standard time to daylight savings time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.

  • Daylight Saving Where by reason of State legislation, summer time is prescribed as being in advance of the standard time in that State the length of any shift: • Commencing before the time prescribed by the relevant legislation for the commencement of a summer time period, and • Commencing on or before the time prescribed by such legislation for the termination of a summer time period, shall be deemed to be the number of hours represented by the difference between the time recorded by the clock at the beginning of the shift and the time so recorded at the end of the shift. The time of the clock in each case is to be set to the time fixed by the relevant State legislation. In this subclause the expressions "standard time" and "summer time" shall bear the same meaning as are prescribed by the relevant State legislation.

  • Broken Shifts (a) An employee may agree to work broken shifts at any time; however an employee may be required to work broken shifts in the following circumstances: (i) in homecare; or (ii) in an emergency – including staff absence; or (iii) up to and including a 4 week continuous period for circumstances other than those covered by subclauses 14.4(a)(i) and (ii). (A) Where an employee has served a period of broken shifts in accordance with subclause (iii) the employee shall not be required to serve a further period on broken shifts until he or she has been off broken shifts for a period equivalent to the previous period on broken shifts. (b) A “broken shift” for the purposes of this sub-clause means a single shift worked by an employee that includes one or more breaks in excess of that provided for meal breaks, where the time between the commencement and termination of the broken shift shall not exceed 12 hours. (c) An employee must receive a minimum break of 10 hours between broken shifts rostered on successive days. (d) Where broken shifts are worked, employees shall receive the per shift allowance set out in Item 1 of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement. (e) Payment for a broken shift shall be at ordinary pay with penalty rates and shift allowances in accordance with Clause 18 - Shift and Weekend Work, with shift allowances being determined by the commencing time of the broken shift. (f) All work performed beyond the maximum span of 12 hours for a broken shift will be paid at double ordinary pay.

  • Cash on Hand If it is determined that the cash on hand exceeds actual expenses, work in process, and thirty (30) day projected expenses, less payments not yet received; future payments will be withheld, until cash on hand has been reduced.

  • STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS The Contractor shall forthwith notify the Engineer of the commencing of any strike or lock-out and the Engineer on account of any delay caused thereby may, after consultation with the Employer, grant such extension of time as he considers reasonable without prejudice to the right of the Employer to exercise after the expiration of such reasonable extension of time the rights and powers under these Conditions in case of default by the Contractor.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within sixty (60) calendar days."
