Common use of Kilometres Clause in Contracts

Kilometres. If the opportunity is outside forty (40) kilometresof the location at which the person was assigned, the person will be allowed refusals without forfeiting recall under this Article until or if, an opportunity, if any, within forty (40) kilometres is offered or until the recall rights have expired, whichever comes first.
