– NO STRIKES AND NO LOCKOUT. 6.01 The Association agrees that there will be no strikes and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockouts so long as this agreement continues to operate. The meaning of the words “strike” and “lock-out” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
– NO STRIKES AND NO LOCKOUT. In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement and provisions of the Labour Relations Act, the Union and employees agree that there will be no strike, slowdown, work stoppage either complete or partial or other interruption or interference with operations during the term of this Agreement. The Association agrees that there shall be no lockout by it during the term of the Agreement.
– NO STRIKES AND NO LOCKOUT. 5.01 During this Agreement, the Union shall not permit or encourage any strike, slowdown or stoppage of work, or picketing, and shall not otherwise restrict or interfere with the Employer's operations through its members.
5.02 During this Agreement, the Employer shall not lock out any of its employees.
