Common use of Kindergarten Clause in Contracts

Kindergarten. The youngest age at which a child may enter kindergarten shall be one (1) year younger than the age required for that child to enter first grade. A child must be five (5) years old on or before September 30 of the calendar year in which the school year begins. Upon enrollment in kindergarten all attendance rules apply.
