Common use of Labor Code Clause in Contracts

Labor Code. Contractor shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Labor Code § 1771, Division 2, Part 7, Ch. 1, including the payment of general prevailing wages, a copy of which is on file in the District’s Purchasing Office. Contractor shall maintain, for audit by the District, certified payroll records applicable to this Contract, stating wage rates, trades, payments made, and employee signatures. Copies of these records shall be furnished to the District upon request.
