Labor Code. Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Labor Code, including the payment of the general prevailing wage rates. Contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements by the Labor Commissioner with regards to Certified Payroll and registration requirements with the Department of Industrial Relations. Copies of these records shall be furnished to the District upon request.
