Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates to Labor Code Section 1772, workers employed by contractors or subcontractors in the execution of 3 any contract for public work are deemed to be employed upon public work as defined in Labor Code Sections 0 0000-0000. Therefore, the Entity shall pay, and shall cause all subcontractors, whether under contract with the 5 Entity or under contract with any Subcontractor, to pay not less than the specified prevailing wage rates to all 8 In accordance with Labor Code Section 1775, the Entity shall monitor the payment of the specified general 9 prevailing rate of per diem wages by subcontractors to employees by periodic review of the certified payrolls 10 of the subcontractors. 11
Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. A. Contractor and any Subcontractors employed on this Project shall pay not less than the rates established by the Owner as required by Texas Government Code Chapter 2258.
B. Contractor and its Subcontractors are required to pay Xxxxx-Xxxxx Wage Rates.
C. Contractor and its Subcontractors are required to pay laborers and mechanics an overtime rate of not less than one and one-half times the basic rate for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in a given workweek.
Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. Concessionaire shall require its contractor and all of its subcontractors to pay every worker, laborer, or mechanic employed by them in the performance of the construction of the Improvements prevailing wages, including fringe benefits or their cash equivalent, for the same class and kind of work in the City and County of Denver, as determined by the Career Service Board under the provisions of Section 20-76 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (“D.R.M.C.”). The wages shall be those prevailing at the time of the contractor's final bid, and Concessionaire shall require the contractor to submit with its bid the applicable wage schedule. The contractor shall post in a prominent and easily accessible place at the site of the Improvements the scale of wages to be paid by the contractor and all subcontractors at any tier working under the contractor. During each week of work progress, the contractor shall furnish to the Mayor's Office of Contract Compliance and to the Auditor or the Auditor’s authorized representative a true and correct copy of the payroll records of all workers employed to perform the work. All payroll records shall include information showing the number of hours worked by each worker, the hourly pay of such worker, any deductions made from pay, and the net amount of pay received by such worker for the period covered by the payroll. The payroll record shall be accompanied by a sworn statement of the contractor that the copy is a true and correct copy of the payroll records of all workers performing the work whether for the contractors or subcontractors that payments were made to the workers as set forth in the payroll records, that no deductions were made other than those set forth in such records, and that all workers were paid the prevailing wages as of the contractor's final bid for the work. Compliance with above requirements shall be deemed a work "specification" as such word is used in Section 5-18(d), D.R.M.C. Violation of the prevailing
Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. All contractors, including subcontractors, shall pay no less than the prevailing rate of wages (Labor Code §1775), including the rates for holidays and overtime work (Labor Code §§1813 and 1815), to all workers employed in the execution of the contract (Labor Code §1774), pursuant to Labor Code §§1720-1784. The prevailing rates are those issued as wage determinations by the DIR, for each craft, classification and type of work. The current wage rate information can be found at the DIR’s website at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/oprl/DPreWageDetermination.htm. Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file at City’s Public Works Department (principal place of office). Contractor shall post a copy of the determination of the Director of DIR of the prevailing rate of per diem wages at each job site.
Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. The contractor’s duty to pay prevailing wages (Labor Code Section 1770 et seq.); should the project exceed the exemption amounts;
Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. 1.1.1 The Contractor shall pay the prevailing wage rates of the Project locality, as issued by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Wage and Hour Bureau to laborers and mechanics performing Work on the Project.
1.1.2 The Contractor shall comply with the provisions, duties, obligations, and is subject to the remedies and penalties of ORC Chapter 4115.
1.1.3 If the Contractor or its Subcontractors fail to comply with ORC Chapter 4115, the Contracting Authority may withhold payment pursuant to Section 9.8.2.5 of the General Conditions. The Contractor is liable for violations committed by the Contractor or its Subcontractors to the extent provided in ORC Chapter 4115.
1.1.4 The Contractor shall submit all payroll reports in compliance with the requirements of Section 1.2 for all of the employees of the Contractor and of the Contractor’s Subcontractors.
1.1.5 By executing a Contract, the Contractor certifies that it based its Bid upon the prevailing rates of wages as ascertained by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Wage and Hour Bureau for the Project as provided in ORC Sections 4115.03 through 4115.14, which are inserted at the end of this Document.

Therefore, the Entity 9 shall pay, and shall cause all subcontractors, whether under contract with the Entity or under 10 contract with any Subcontractor, to pay not less than the specified prevailing wage rates to all 11 workers employed in the execution of this Contract. 13 In accordance with Labor Code Section 1775, the Entity shall monitor the payment of the specified 14 general prevailing rate of per diem wages by subcontractors to employees by periodic review of the 15 certified payrolls of the subcontractors. 17 Section 7.03. Wage Rate for Crafts Not Listed. 18 The responsibility to check prevailing wage rates is the Entity’s. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 19 1773, the Entity may file with the Director of DIR or the Chief of the Division of Labor Standards 20 Enforcement (“DLSE”) a petition to review a determination of any rate or rates made by the Director 21 of DIR. The Entity may also petition the Director of DIR to make a determination for a particular 22 craft, classification or type of work not covered by a general determination. Pending the review or 23 determination, the wages may be assumed to be those in the applicable collective bargaining 24 agreement, but no adjustment in the Total Base Rent shall be made if such assumption is incorrect.
Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates a. Public Works Project requires the payment of prevailing wages to all employees

c. You must refer to the Prevailing Wage Determinations that were in effect at the time the project was first advertised for bids. Note: contractors are responsible for all predetermined increases.
Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. 3.1 Contractor shall pay to persons performing labor in and about Work provided for in the Contract Documents an amount equal to or more than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for (1) work of a similar character in the locality in which the Work is performed and (2) legal holiday and overtime work in said locality. The per diem wages shall be an amount equal to or more than the stipulated rates contained in a schedule that has been ascertained and determined by the Director of the State Department of Industrial Relations and Owner to be the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for each craft or type of xxxxxxx or mechanic needed to execute this Contract.
3.2 Contractor shall insert in every subcontract or other arrangement which Contractor may make for performance of Work or labor on Work provided for in the Contract, a provision that each subcontractor shall pay persons performing labor or rendering service under subcontract or other arrangement not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the Work is performed, and not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for holiday and overtime work fixed in the California Labor Code.
3.3 The Contractor is responsible for ascertaining and complying with all current general prevailing wage rates for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed to execute the Contract including any rate changes that take effect during the term of the Contract.
3.4 The Contractor shall insert in every subcontract or other arrangement which Contractor may make for performance of Work or labor on Work provided for in the Contract, a provision that each subcontractor shall ascertain and comply with all current general prevailing wage rates for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed to perform the Work, including any rate changes that take effect during the term of such contract.
3.5 The limited exemption from paying prevailing wage rates pursuant to California Labor Code §1771.5 shall be applied to this Contract if the exemption criteria set forth therein are met.
