Labor First Aid. Developer shall maintain emergency first aid treatment for Developer’s laborers and mechanics on the Project which complies with the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq.) and the California Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1973 (Lab. Code, § 6300 et seq.; 8 Cal. Code of Regs., § 330 et seq.).

The EPC Contractor shall maintain emergency first aid treatment for the EPC Contractor’s workers on the Project which complies with the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq.) the California Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1973, and all related regulations, including without limitation section 330 et seq. of Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.
