Sec 28.1 The Superintendent with or without a designee such as Director of Personnel, and XXXX president President with another XXXX officer may meet once each month as a means of establishing ongoing communications and sharing of mutual concerns and interests. The parties will meet for the purpose of discussing ongoing labor-management issues and reviewing and interpreting the contract as needed. It is expressly understood by the parties that the committee shall have no authority to negotiate terms and conditions of employment or modify or amend any provisions of this Agreement, nor shall it have authority to adjust grievances.
