Common use of Labourer Clause in Contracts

Labourer. The employer shall provide overalls to a labourer performing underground work and to the operator of a self-propelled mobile or rail-type drilling rig. The employee shall be responsible for the clothes provided to him and shall return them to the employer on his departure or when it is necessary to replace them. The employer shall not have to supply more than 2 pairs of overalls to this employee for each period of 6 months of employment. The employer, however, shall be responsible for the cleaning of these overalls when it considers such to be necessary.
