Landowner Agreement. Any party to this Landowner Agreement may propose modifications by providing written notice to the other parties explaining the proposed modification and the reasons for the modification. Approval of a modification will require the written consent of both KDWP and the Cooperator and must be consistent with the assurances described in Section 10.0, Incidental Take and Regulatory Assurances, of the SHA/CCAA Agreement. Any proposed modification to the Landowner Agreement will be considered effective as of the date that all affected parties have agreed in writing to the modification.
Landowner Agreement. Project involving public lands For any portion of the Project occurring on public lands, OWEB will not release any funds for a Project site until Grantee has submitted documentation to the Board’s Project Manager from the appropriate agency indicating concurrence prior to beginning work.
Landowner Agreement. The Landowner agrees to pay the Landowner Agreement Xxx set out in the First Schedule to the Secretary within 12 months of the Commencement Date.
Landowner Agreement. 2.2.1 The Subdivider acknowledges that, as a condition of approval of the Draft Plan, the Subdivider will be required to negotiate and enter into a landowner group agreement with Sifton Properties Limited (“Sifton”) to ensure the equitable distribution of the costs of designing/engineering, constructing, maintaining, and repairing community and infrastructure facilities such as enhancement and restoration of natural features, roads and road improvements, internal and external services, and stormwater management facilities associated with the Draft Plan and Xxxxxx’s draft plan 39T-SC1901 (the “Landowner Agreement”). The Subdivider further acknowledges that it will be required to file a copy of the final fully executed Landowner Agreement with the Municipality prior to final approval of the Draft Plan to satisfy the foregoing condition.
Landowner Agreement. A. I/We agree to adhere to the terms of the attached Standard Plan for Forest Harvest Operations and to grant inspectors the right of entry to the site to monitor compliance.
B. I am aware of the landowner’s responsibility of preventing accelerated erosion and sedimentation during and subsequent to forest harvest operations as mandated by the rules and regulations adopted by the State of Maryland and local jurisdictions.
