Landscape Management. Landscaping by the Grantor to prevent severe erosion or damage to the Protected Property or portions thereof, or significant detriment to existing or permitted uses, is allowed, provided that such landscaping is generally consistent with preserving the natural condition of the Protected Property.
Landscape Management. Mow all lawn areas to a height in accordance with the proper season or the customer’s specification. • Maintain turf/hardscape interface with edging blade or string trimmer. • Line trim all areas which cannot be reached or safely reached by mowers. • Blow all clippings from paved areas. • Remove weeds from shrub areas, flower and groundcover beds. • Prune shrubs, ground cover and trees under 4” caliper as required by contract. • Remove low hanging branches of trees to keep walkways and buildings free from obstruction. • Remove undergrowth and suckers from ornamental trees. • Fertilize turf and shrubs as specified by customer. • Apply Herbicide to all sidewalk/driveways and parking areas as needed for weed control. • Apply Fire Ant Control where needed. • Remove all trash from lawn, beds and paved areas.
