Paved Areas. 6.1 Cracks in sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and other paved areas which are included in this contract shall be kept weed free.
Paved Areas. Sweeping of all the internal roads, weed killing on parking and paved areas is required on a regular basis, to ensure that they are clean at all times.
Paved Areas. Parking areas shall be paved so as to provide dust-free, all-weather surfaces. Each parking space provided shall be designated by lines painted on the paved surfaces and shall be adequate in area, and all parking areas shall 55 provide, in addition to parking spaces, adequate driveways and space for the movement of vehicles.
Paved Areas a. Plant material must be pruned to keep clear of any roadways, sidewalks, service boxes, fire hydrants and signage at all times.
Paved Areas. 4.1 Cracks in sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and other paved areas which are included in this contract shall be weeded in accordance with the Frequency Schedule.
Paved Areas. Parking areas, driveways, sidewalks, etc. in Common Areas will be cleaned during the first scheduled maintenance of each month. All leaves, soil and other debris that have accumulated next to the curbs and wheel stops are to be removed. Soil that has washed onto sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots must also be swept back to its proper location or removed as appropriate. Due care must be used to avoid damage to vehicles. Mulch that has moved from its intended place onto paved areas is to be swept or blown back to its proper location, where feasible. All paved areas will be kept free of weeds by use of mechanical means, such as string trimmers. Vigorous control of weeds and grasses is necessary to prevent damage to paved areas.
Paved Areas. A. Maximum grades: Roadways: 4%; ramps 6%; lawn areas 4:1; berms 3:1.
Paved Areas i) Automobile Parking - Two hundred forty (240) initial stalls to be provided, handicap as required. Paving to be 3" asphalt over 10" stone. Striping and perimeter concrete curbing provided. Handicap signage included.
Paved Areas. Maintain all paved surfaces and curbs in the Access Easement Area and Parking Easement Area, which shall only include cleaning, sweeping, re- striping, repainting, and resurfacing, using surfacing material of a quality equal to or superior to the original surfacing material.
Paved Areas. Paving may be used to define areas of intense activity and circulation patterns, such as patios, walks, and steps. Materials that can be used to create attractive patterns and textures are brick, flagstones, stepping stones, pre-cast patterned or exposed aggregate concrete paver. These materials are often more desirable than asphalt or poured concrete. It is suggested that paving materials be earth tones colors. Sufficient slope should be maintained in all paved areas to ensure proper drainage. Asphalt is not permitted.
