Common use of Late for Work Clause in Contracts

Late for Work. 245. If an Operator reports late for duty without approval but does report and takes a scheduled non-overtime run, such late reports will be tracked and recorded on a rolling five month period with the disciplinary procedures up to the following: i. First violation within a five (5) month period – oral warning ii. Second violation within a five (5) month period – written warning.
