Late/Non-payment. If any charges for the Services are due but unpaid for any reason, Provider may suspend or terminate the Services and all accrued charges will be immediately due, plus a late fee of 1.5% per month. A fee may also be charged to activate a suspended or terminated account. No suspension or termination of the Services or of this Agreement will relieve Customer from paying any amounts due hereunder.
Late/Non-payment. If Customer does not deliver full payment for all billed Charges by the Due Date, Alteva may restrict, suspend or terminate use of the Services or Equipment. Any amounts not delivered to Alteva by the Due Date shall accrue interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less. Customer shall also reimburse Alteva for all reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred by Alteva relating to collecting delinquent payments or Customer’s breach of this Agreement. A fee per phone extension shall be charged to activate a suspended Account. No restriction, suspension or termination of the Services or of this Agreement shall relieve Customer from paying any amounts due hereunder. If Alteva restricts, suspends or terminates Customer’s Services, Alteva may, at its sole option, choose to restore Customer’s Services prior to the payment of all Charges due. Such restoration shall not be construed as a waiver of Alteva’s right to (i) receive full payment for all Charges due or (ii) again restrict, suspend or terminate the Services at any time for non-payment of any unpaid Charges. The failure of Alteva to restrict, suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment of any Charges shall not operate as a waiver or estoppel to restrict, suspend or terminate Services of such Account for non-payment of current or future Charges.

If Service Fees or other charges are due but unpaid for any reason including, but not limited to, non-payment, hellospoke may suspend or terminate the Services and all accrued Service Fees and other charges shall be imme- diately due and payable, plus a late fee of the greater of ten dollars ($10.00) or 1.5% per month (but in any event no greater than the maximum amount permitted by law). A fee will also be charged to reactivate a suspended or terminated account. Suspension or termination of the Services or of this Agreement does not relieve Customer of responsibility to pay for all unpaid, accrued charges due hereunder.
Late/Non-payment. If any charges for the Services are due but unpaid for any reason including, but not limited to, non-payment or declined Customer credit card charges, CloudWyze may suspend or terminate the Services and all accrued charges shall be immediately due. CloudWyze may charge Customer interest (at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowable rate, whichever is less) on those charges and a late fee (to the extent allowable by law) of 10% of the past-due balance. If End -User fails to pay CloudWyze within 30 days of billing date, CloudWyze has the right to disconnect the Services without notice and/or send to collection. Upon disconnect, Xxxxxxxx agrees to immediately pay all amounts owed to CloudWyze. CloudWyze reserves the right to charge Customer a $50.00 re-establishment of service fee. Upon disconnect a valid credit or debit card will be required to reinstate service. If payment is not made in full within 60 days, CloudWyze has the right to repossess the Customer Equipment to offset monies owed without liability for damage or trespass.

Provider may charge End-User interest a $15 late fee if payment is not received by the 15th of each month. If End-User fails to pay Provider within 60 days of billing date, Provider has the right to disconnect the Services without notice and/or send to collection. Upon disconnect, End-User agrees to immediately pay all amounts owed to Provider. Provider reserves the right to charge End-User a $50.00 re-establishment of service fee. Upon disconnect a valid credit or debit card will be required to reinstate service.
Late/Non-payment. If any charges for the VoIP Service are due but unpaid for any reason including, but not limited to, non-payment or declined credit card charges, Tek-Hut may suspend or terminate the VoIP Service and all accrued charges shall be immediately due, plus a late fee of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law accrued from the date of invoice until payment in full is received by Tek-Hut. A thirty dollar ($30) fee will be assessed to the Customer at the time of reconnection. No suspension or termination of the VoIP Service or of this Agreement shall relieve Customer from paying any amounts due hereunder.

Provider may charge End-User interest, a five (5) Percent late fee if payment is not received by the 15th of each month. If End-User fails to pay Provider within 60 days of billing date, Provider has the right to disconnect the Services without notice and/or send to collection. Upon disconnect, End-User agrees to immediately pay all amounts owed to Provider. Provider reserves the right to charge End-User a $150 re-establishment of service fee. Upon disconnect a valid credit or debit card will be required to reinstate service. Prices for the Services include any applicable customs duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local, public utility or other similar taxes. End-User acknowledges and agrees that the Services are provided “as is, where is.” Credit allowances are under the sole discretion of Provider. From time to time in its sole discretion, Provider may offer promotions or discounts on activation or other fees. Any promotion or discount codes must be entered by End-User upon purchase of the Services. End-User shall not be entitled to a subsequent credit for such promotions or discounts, if not requested at the time of account creation or change of service.
Late/Non-payment. If invoices are not paid within the Terms outlined above, services will stop immediately and no further work product will be released to Client until all past-due invoices are paid in full.
