Late/Non-payment. If any charges for the Services are due but unpaid for any reason, Provider may suspend or terminate the Services and all accrued charges will be immediately due, plus a late fee of 1.5% per month. A fee may also be charged to activate a suspended or terminated account. No suspension or termination of the Services or of this Agreement will relieve Customer from paying any amounts due hereunder.

Late/Non-payment. If any charges for the Services are due but unpaid for any reason including, but not limited to, non-payment or declined End-User credit card charges, Provider may suspend or terminate the Services and all accrued charges shall be immediately due. Provider may charge End-User interest a $15 late fee if payment is not received by the 15th of each month. If End-User fails to pay Provider within 60 days of billing date, Provider has the right to disconnect the Services without notice and/or send to collection. Upon disconnect, End-User agrees to immediately pay all amounts owed to Provider. Provider reserves the right to charge End-User a $50.00 re-establishment of service fee. Upon disconnect a valid credit or debit card will be required to reinstate service.
Late/Non-payment. If Customer does not deliver full payment for all billed Charges by the Due Date, Alteva may restrict, suspend or terminate use of the Services or Equipment. Any amounts not delivered to Alteva by the Due Date shall accrue interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less. Customer shall also reimburse Alteva for all reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred by Alteva relating to collecting delinquent payments or Customer’s breach of this Agreement. A fee per phone extension shall be charged to activate a suspended Account. No restriction, suspension or termination of the Services or of this Agreement shall relieve Customer from paying any amounts due hereunder. If Alteva restricts, suspends or terminates Customer’s Services, Alteva may, at its sole option, choose to restore Customer’s Services prior to the payment of all Charges due. Such restoration shall not be construed as a waiver of Alteva’s right to (i) receive full payment for all Charges due or (ii) again restrict, suspend or terminate the Services at any time for non-payment of any unpaid Charges. The failure of Alteva to restrict, suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment of any Charges shall not operate as a waiver or estoppel to restrict, suspend or terminate Services of such Account for non-payment of current or future Charges.

A fee will also be charged to reactivate a suspended or terminated account. Suspension or termination of the Services or of this Agreement does not relieve Customer of responsibility to pay for all unpaid, accrued charges due hereunder.

Upon disconnect a valid credit or debit card will be required to reinstate service. If payment is not made in full within 60 days, CloudWyze has the right to repossess the Customer Equipment to offset monies owed without liability for damage or trespass.
Late/Non-payment. If any charges for the VoIP Service are due but unpaid for any reason including, but not limited to, non-payment or declined credit card charges, Tek-Hut may suspend or terminate the VoIP Service and all accrued charges shall be immediately due, plus a late fee of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law accrued from the date of invoice until payment in full is received by Tek-Hut. A thirty dollar ($30) fee will be assessed to the Customer at the time of reconnection. No suspension or termination of the VoIP Service or of this Agreement shall relieve Customer from paying any amounts due hereunder.

Late/Non-payment. Any amount due CSD from Customer pursuant to this Supplement that Customer fails to pay to CSD in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Supplement, or as provided by CSD, shall bear interest at a monthly rate of one percent (1.0 %) or at the maximum interest rate permitted under applicable law, whichever is lower, from the date such amount was originally due and until paid in full (whether before or after judgment). Customer shall be obligated to pay such interest to CSD in addition to any past due amounts. In the event Customer fails to pay the Subscription Fee, and all other amounts due CSD hereunder, within thirty (30) days after the invoice date of CSD’s invoice for the Subscription Fee and in addition to all other rights and remedies available to CSD in connection with such non-payment, CSD shall have the right, at CSD’s sole discretion and without notice, to: (i) suspend CSD’s performance under this Supplement, suspend Customer’s rights under the ICC License, and suspend access to and use of the CSD ICC Platform, and all components thereof, by Customer; or (ii) terminate this Supplement, the ICC License, and access to and use of the CSD ICC Platform and all or certain components or modules thereof by Customer. Customer acknowledges and understands that any such termination may, subject to Section 4.2(d)(v), result in the deletion of Customer Patient Health Data, and other data previously created by Customer and saved to the CSD ICC Platform, and CSD shall have no liability hereunder in connection with such deletion or in the return of Customer Patient Health Data, and other data previously created by Customer and saved to the CSD ICC Platform on a mutually agreeable medium. If CSD attempts to collect any unpaid amounts due to CSD in connection with this Supplement, Customer shall reimburse CSD for all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.
