LAYING OPERATION. All materials must be placed in accordance with the suppliers quality plan following the successful appendix A9 trial requirements and the relevant method statement and experience gained to date. Compliance to the current standards, the Specification for Highways Work and the Specification for the Reinstatement of Openings in Highways must be demonstrated. Compaction Requirements Compaction must comply with the manufacturer’s quality plan / method statement and / or The material must be compacted in accordance to the HA requirement and / or In accordance with the appendix A9 trials and experience to date. and / or Must conform to the current standards, in “The Specification for Highway Works and the Specification for the Reinstatement of Openings in Highways”. Foundation checks in accordance with Interim Advice Note 73/06 will be undertaken, the HA must have access to the site to enable random checks to be carried out. Reinstatement profile / coring checks as per testing matrix.

  • Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-fifth (1/5) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked.

  • Direct Operation System Agency may temporarily assume operations of a Grantee’s program or programs funded under this Contract when the continued operation of the program by Xxxxxxx puts, at risk, the health or safety of clients and/or participants served by Grantee.

  • ALTERNATE HOURS AND DAYS OF OPERATION A. Concessionaire may request authorization to extend the hours of operation, by opening before 11:00 a.m. and/or closing after 3:00 p.m. All requests to extend hours of operation must be made in writing to the Area Superintendent at the address set forth in Paragraph 48 ten (10) calendar days in advance of the proposed effective date. Concessionaire shall not implement the alternate hours of operation without written authorization from the Area Superintendent.

  • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • Costs of making good any damage If any of the Distributor's Equipment is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Trader or the Trader's employees, agents, or invitees, the Trader must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Distributor.

  • Committee Operation a. The committee shall be chaired jointly by a committee member from the Association and a committee member from the Board.

  • PERIOD OF OPERATION Subject to certification, this Agreement shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st December 2002 and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005.

  • AREA OF OPERATION This agreement shall operate throughout the State of Western Australia.

  • Administrative and Operating Expenses Charged to the Judicial Council The Judicial Council may reimburse the Contractor for itemized administrative and operating expenses, pursuant to this exhibit, that are reasonable, allowable, and allocable in performing the Work of this Agreement, provided that the Judicial Council first approves such charges via one (1) or more BEO’s that set forth the final details on these items.

  • Good Offices, Conciliation or Mediation 1. Good offices, conciliation and mediation are procedures that are undertaken voluntarily if the Parties involved so agree. They may begin at any time and be terminated at any time.
