Layoff Due to Expiration of Specially. Funded Program When, as a result of the expiration of a specially funded program, bargaining unit members' positions must be eliminated at the end of any school year, and bargaining unit members will be subject to layoff for lack of funds, the bargaining unit members to be laid off shall be given written notice on/or before April 29 informing them of their layoff effective at the end of such school year. Other layoffs for lack of funds shall be made not less than sixty (60) days’ notice except as set forth in Section 13.3.3.
