Custodians The Administrative Trustee may at any time appoint one or more custodians (each, a “Custodian”) to hold assets of the Trust, without the consent of any Registered Owner and any Beneficial Owner. The Administrative Trustee may terminate any such Custodian at any time and is not required to appoint a replacement therefor.

Authorized Employees Contractor acknowledges that Section285.530, RSMo, prohibits any business entity or employer from knowingly employing, hiring for employment, or continuing to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Missouri. Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
