Layoff - Three or More Years of Service Seniority. In the event of a layoff of employees with three or more years' seniority, the following shall apply: (a) Where the employee's position is relocated, they shall be offered the position in the new location. An employee may decline an offer pursuant to this section. (b) The Employer shall notify employees affected by Clause 13.4, in writing, at least six weeks prior to the effective date. Copies of such notifications will be forwarded to the Union.
