  • Incentive Eligibility Conditions The IPTVO shall be entitled to avail of the Incentives, within the Territory, with effect from the date of execution of this Addendum, subject to the IPTVO meeting each of the following conditions (“Incentive Eligibility Conditions”):

  • CHANGE IN CONDITIONS Any changes to the condition of the site or work from the time of the proposal to the time when Company starts the work shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Customer shall immediately notify Company by email of any changes not previously disclosed regarding the setup or site conditions. In the event of an increase in the work, the contract price shall be increased by a fair and reasonable valuation based upon the original contract rates. In either an increase or decrease in work, Customer shall provide an extra work notification to Company. Signing a time sheet is an automatic or extra work notification & serves as authorization of overtime pay.

  • BASIC CONDITIONS The State shall have no obligation to disburse money for the Project under this Grant Agreement until the Grantee has satisfied the following conditions:

  • Safe Conditions Whenever an employee reports a condition which the employee feels represents a violation of safety or health rules and regulations or which is an unreasonable hazard to persons or property, such conditions shall be promptly investigated. The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.

If the employee, with no reasonable alternative, refuses in good faith to expose himself/herself to the dangerous condition, he/she would be protected against subsequent discrimination. The condition causing the employee's apprehension of death or injury must be of such a nature that a reasonable person, under the circumstances then confronting the employee, would conclude that there is a real danger of death or serious injury and that there is insufficient time, due to the urgency of the situation, to eliminate the danger by resorting to regular statutory enforcement channels. In addition, in such circumstances, the employee, where possible, must also have sought from his Employer, and been unable to obtain, a correction of the dangerous condition.

  • Performance Incentives Provided that sufficient funds are available from athletics revenue or gifts for the unrestricted use of the Department of Athletics, Athletics Director shall be entitled to receive additional non-salary compensation from the University in the form of the following stated bonuses for increased responsibilities, provided that all varsity sports are in compliance with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules, and there are no pending or active NCAA or __________ Conference investigations or major violations of which Athletics Director knew or should have known.   • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.
