Lead Role. The Lead Role is a position that may be placed in areas that require more leadership qualities. This role requires someone that can handle a location with increased traffic flow and/or one that requires interacting with some of more challenging visitors. It requires the ability to multi-task and communicate with others, including such tasks as verifying bus numbers during drop-off or pick-ups at assigned locations. Use of this role requires pre- approval from an OCCC Supervisor. Contractor may provide recommendations of their staff, based on previous performance and roles performed, for approval by OCCC. After receiving OCCC approval, these persons may be scheduled in a Lead Role shift.

Lead Role. 4.1 The Geneva Conventions and the Statutes of the Movement entrust specific competencies to each component which therefore plays a lead role in these matters. 4.2 The concept of lead role implies the existence of other partners with rights and responsibilities in these matters.

  • Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount.

  • Marketing Plan The MCOP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM including all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCOP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCOP that the plan is accurate and is not intended to mislead, confuse, or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Marketing Plans Contractor and the Exchange recognize that Enrollees and other health care consumers benefit from efforts relating to outreach activities designed to increase heath awareness and encourage enrollment. The parties shall share marketing plans on an annual basis and with respect to periodic updates of material changes. The marketing plans of each of the Exchange and Contractor shall include proposed marketing approaches and channels and shall provide samples of any planned marketing materials and related collateral as well as planned, and when completed, expenses for the marketing budget. The Contractor shall include this information for both the Exchange and the outside individual market. The Exchange shall treat all marketing information provided under this Section as confidential information and the obligation of the Exchange to maintain confidentiality of this information shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 19th September 2021, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • LEAD HANDS 28.01 Lead hands may be appointed by the Gallery from time to time as the Gallery in its discretion deems necessary. Lead hand responsibilities generally include assigning and monitoring work performance, scheduling, administration and resolving work-related problems. Such persons shall receive an additional one dollar ($ 1.00) per hour for each hour worked for the duration of the appointment. This lead hand premium will not form part of the employee's regular straight time hourly rate.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Shared roles The Parties will meet the requirements of Schedule E, Clause 26 of the IGA FFR, by ensuring that prior agreement is reached on the nature and content of any events, announcements, promotional material or publicity relating to activities under this Agreement, and that the roles of both Parties will be acknowledged and recognised appropriately.

  • Development Budget Attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this reference is the Development Budget in an amount equal to $_____________.   • Commercialization Plan (a) Not later than three [***] after submission of Regulatory Filings for each Product in each country of the Territory, Licensee will provide to the JCC for review its initial Commercialization Plan for each Product for each country in the Territory. Such initial Commercialization Plan will describe Licensee’s plans for activities to be conducted for such Product for such country. Each Commercialization Plan shall include the details of obligations to be performed by Licensee to achieve the specific activities that are applicable to the stage of [***] Certain information in this document has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. Commercialization (e.g., pre-launch, launch planning, launch, or post-launch) of the applicable Product during the time period covered by such Commercialization Plan and subsequent time periods. (b) Prior to the First Commercial Sale for such Product in such country, Licensee will provide to the JCC for review an updated Commercialization Plan for such Product for such country. Such updated Commercialization Plan will include, but not be limited to, Licensee’s updated plans for activities to be conducted for such Product for such country prior to launch as well as activities to be conducted in connection with such launch. (c) Promptly after each anniversary of the First Commercial Sale of such Product during the Term, Licensee will provide to the JCC for review updated Commercialization Plans for such Product for such country. Such further updated Commercialization Plan will include, but not be limited to, Licensee’s plans for Commercialization activities for such Product and such country for the twelve (12) month period following the date of delivery of such Commercialization Plan. No Commercialization Plan may be implemented by Licensee if [***]. Each Commercialization Plan shall be consistent with and shall not contradict the terms of this Agreement [***], and in the event of any inconsistency between the Commercialization Plan and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
