Common use of Lead Clause in Contracts

Lead. The Lead is a working member of the team, is the spokesperson for the team and is the primary point of contact for the Team Leader and other teams. Must have proven strong process and technical knowledge to carry out the responsibilities of the position. Must possess excellent leadership skills, organizational ability and demonstrated problem solving skills. The Lead will not participate in formal disciplinary action resulting from action under article 17.11.
