Leadership Development Opportunities. Subrecipient shall provide Leadership development opportunities that encourage responsibility, confidence, employability, self-determination, and other positive social behaviors such as:
a. Exposure to postsecondary educational possibilities;
b. Community and service-learning projects;
Leadership Development Opportunities. Leadership Development Opportunities are opportunities that encourage responsibility, confidence, employability, self-determination, and other positive behaviors. Leadership development includes activities such as: exposure to post-secondary opportunities, community and service learning projects, peer-centered activities (peer mentoring and tutoring), organizational and teamwork training, decision-making, citizenship training, life skills training, and parenting.
