Common use of Leading Hand Clause in Contracts

Leading Hand. Where an Employer in his/her sole discretion appoints an Employee as a leading hand, such an Employee shall be paid an allowance of $30.00 per week above his/her appropriate classification as provided for in clause 11 - Wages, of this Agreement.
