Leadtime. Supplier shall comply with the following minimum lead time(s) between the time/date a P.O. is issued and the time/dare for which delivery is requested: ( ) (hours or calendar/business days). (This section should mirror the frequency specified in Section 2.2.2 above if P.O. releases are against Demand Triggers.)
Leadtime. Initial order: thirty (30) calendar days. Subsequent orders: twenty-one (21) calendar days. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith a leadtime reduction plan to reduce the leadtime to ten (10) calendar days to support Sun's configure-to-order program.
Leadtime. Seller agrees to supply Products to 3Com within fifty-six (56) calendar days leadtime. Seller will make good faith, commercially reasonable efforts to reduce this leadtime. Seller will notify 3Com immediately upon any changes in leadtime.

Leadtime. Standard leadtime on purchase orders shall not be less than thirty (30) days. VEL may place orders with less than thirty (30) days leadtime subject to prior written consent of SCO. With prior notice, leadtime can be extended upon agreement between VEL and SCO, leadtime is defined as the time from acceptance of order by Seller to the time that Product is ready for dispatch, not including the transit time from Seller’s location to the place of delivery.
Leadtime. Sonic agrees to supply Products to 3Com within the leadtime stated in Exhibit A(1). Sonic will notify 3Com immediately upon any changes in leadtime.
Leadtime. Corning shall deliver Dye to VEL, consistent with its capacity reservation and inventory reserves as provided in Sections 1.2.1 and 4.4, respectively, no later than PLEASE NOTE THAT CERTAIN MATERIAL HAS BEEN OMITTED FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND NOTED AS “*REDACTED*” PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT AND THAT MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION. the indicated receipt date set forth in VEL’s purchase order. Such receipt date shall be at least thirty (30) days after the date of receipt of the purchase order by Corning.
Leadtime. SELLER shall maintain "not to exceed" leadtimes as stated in Attachment "B". BUYER, at its option, may specify longer time intervals.
Leadtime. TROPICAL agrees to deliver manufactured Products to INFINITI within ten (10) calendar days or seven (7) working days of receiving an order by INFINITI.
Leadtime. Leadtime for each Product shall be as specified in the Award Letter.
