Manufactured Products. Iron and steel used in precast concrete manufactured products must meet the requirements of the above section (Steel and Iron Materials) regardless of the amount used. Iron and steel used in other manufactured products must meet the requirements of the above section (Steel and Iron Materials) if the weight of steel and iron components constitute 90 percent or more of the total weight of the manufactured product. Manufactured Products. Each Party represents and warrants that all Products used in clinical trials and/or for commercial use that are Manufactured or procured by such Party shall: (a) meet the applicable specifications; (b) be Manufactured in accordance with cGMPs; and (c) be Manufactured in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Regulatory Authority requirements then in effect.

THIRD.- That, as part of its stated modus operandi, it is legally entitled to organize conventions and trade and industrial fairs, and is thus entitled to sign this contract.

Manufactured Products. Manufactured products shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and specifications. Builder will use only new manufactured products and parts unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. If Builder did not install a manufactured product in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications or use newly manufactured parts as required, Builder shall take such as is necessary to bring the variance within the standard. Manufactured items such as appliances, fixtures or equipment covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and defects in any of the systems resulting from a failure in manufactured items are not covered by this warranty.

Manufactured Products. 44 Due to a nationwide waiver, BABA requirements do not apply to manufactured products.
Manufactured Products. Any Products that may have been manufactured Company prior to the termination of this Agreement, or which were in the process of manufacture by Company, or are required to fill purchase orders from customers accepted by Company on or prior to the date of termination, may be sold by Company during the three (3) month period following the date of termination, provided that Company shall continue to pay to Rxxx’x earned Royalties with respect to such sales at the rates and in the manner specified in Section 5 of this Agreement. Following the 3-month grace period, if exercised, Rxxx’x shall have the right, but not the obligation, to purchase any Products remaining in Company’s inventory at Company’s actual cost plus 25%. Any Products not purchased by Rxxx’x after the end of such 3-month post- termination period pursuant to this Section 8.4 will be destroyed by Company, unless otherwise then agreed between Rxxx’x and Company.
Manufactured Products. Bayer will manufacture the HSM Instruments and Auto Sampler and IMI will manufacture the IMI Small Sample Handler to the manufacturing specification of IMI and Bayer, as have jointly been agreed, as set forth in Appendix A-2 through A-3, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Each party also agrees to have compliance with these specifications monitored by each other's manufacturing group. The products in each instance will be manufactured by such party or its designee from said party's, or its designee's raw materials, and shall include thereon either a Bayer or IMI label, respectively, part number and outer design and color in the form to be provided by the other party within sixty (60) days after the effective date of this Agreement and which will then be included herein and made a part hereof marked Appendix B.
Manufactured Products. Contractor shall utilize products manufactured by companies that utilize formal, documented quality assurance practices that meet or exceed the standard of care established by the industry. Contractor shall proactively monitor each supplier’s quality system. Quality systems that conform to ISO 9000 practices are preferred. 9 DESIGN REVIEW This chapter defines the requirements regarding submittals and formal design reviews. Additional submittals are required as appropriate to the work. The format for submittals shall be as per Section 8.4.
