Common use of Learning and Development Clause in Contracts

Learning and Development. Learning and development opportunities are supported across the Commission at all levels. Employees will have access to appropriate learning and development opportunities as determined by the Commission, during work time, to develop the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties, to complete mandatory training necessary to their role and address their identified and agreed development needs. Employees will be provided with work time to develop their skills and knowledge in accordance with their Commission or APS career aspirations as identified in their performance agreement.
