Lease Amount. Effective as of the Renewal Date, a single Lease Amount will be computed by summing all Lease Advance Amounts (including the Acquisition Amount).

City shall pay a lease fee based on agreed to costs on a semi-annual basis, no later than 10 days prior to the bond repayment dates and at the rate set forth in Exhibit “E”, the amount of the lease will be reduced to $1.00 starting in calendar year 2023 providing the bond debt is retired and no new debt has been incurred which would extend the lease period at agreed to rates. Exhibit “F” is the complete schedule for the Jail Lease Revenue Refunding Bond, Series 2009B. Exhibit “G” is included to document the final cost of the construction for the Prairie Justice Center project.
Lease Amount. The Parties will negotiate a lease amount (monthly or annual “rent”) that will be established recognizing industry standards, that is fair and equitable to both parties, and that is designed to promote the health of both organizations and best insure that both organizations are able to thrive, endure and carry on their respective missions.

In the event the Municipality chooses to relocate the leased premises, the Assembly may continue the rental amount as specified in this section, or reappraise the new area, in the sole discretion of the Assembly.
Lease Amount. Annual lease payment shall be in the amount of $3,120.00 (Three-Thousand, One- Hundred and Twenty Dollars and No/100), plus any applicable municipal sales tax. This amount is payable in four (4) equal quarterly installments of $780.00 (Seven-Hundred Eighty Dollars and No/100) plus applicable tax, due on or before the thirtieth day of, March, June, September, and December.
