Lease Amount. Effective as of the Renewal Date, a single Lease Amount will be computed by summing all Lease Advance Amounts (including the Acquisition Amount).
Lease Amount. The Parties will negotiate a lease amount (monthly or annual “rent”) that will be established recognizing industry standards, that is fair and equitable to both parties, and that is designed to promote the health of both organizations and best insure that both organizations are able to thrive, endure and carry on their respective missions.
Lease Amount. City shall pay a lease fee based on agreed to costs on a semi-annual basis, no later than 10 days prior to the bond repayment dates and at the rate set forth in Exhibit “E”, the amount of the lease will be reduced to $1.00 starting in calendar year 2023 providing the bond debt is retired and no new debt has been incurred which would extend the lease period at agreed to rates. Exhibit “F” is the complete schedule for the Jail Lease Revenue Refunding Bond, Series 2009B. Exhibit “G” is included to document the final cost of the construction for the Prairie Justice Center project.
Lease Amount. Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor as rent for the premises the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($1,400.00) beginning on the first day of July, 2016, and annually thereafter until the termination of this Lease without delay, deduction, or default. For the first renewal term, the Lease amount shall be $1,500. For the second renewal term, the Lease amount shall be $1,600.
Lease Amount. The Tenant shall pay to the Owner the sum of $200 per acre, plus H.S.T., per year as base rent for the lands in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Rent shall be payable in one installment, in advance on the first day of each year of the term of this Agreement.

Lease Amount. Sellers and Buyer intended that the lease described in item 5 of Schedule 1A and all related subleases (the "Leases to be Assigned") be assigned to and assumed by an affiliate of Sellers prior to Closing, and that the Company be relieved of all future obligations under the Leases to be Assigned (the "Assignment and Assumption"). Sellers have been unable to obtain the written consent of the Company's landlord to the Assignment and Assumption. Sellers represent and warrant that no consent is required for the assignment of all related subleases. Buyer is willing to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement without the signed Assignment and Assumption, subject to the following:
Lease Amount. Such Instruments shall be leased by SIGMA from CHROMAVISION or CHROMAVISION's financing source referred to in Paragraph 2. (All references to payment to CHROMAVISION shall refer to payment to CHROMAVISION's financing source if CHROMAVISION so elects. The rental under the lease (the "Lease Amount") payable by SIGMA to CHROMAVISION shall be equal to ***% of the actual amount paid by customers to SIGMA for each slide examined using the Instrument with the Kit. The remaining ***% of the amount paid by customers shall be retained by SIGMA.
