Least developed country. The term ‘‘least developed country’’ means a country which the Trade Representative determines is—
Least developed country. Participating States shall be provided flexibility in the submission and implementation of all Schedules and Action Plans under this Agreement. The Participating States shall provide special concessions to these countries in their Schedules and Action Plans.
Least developed country. The term ‘‘least developed country’’ means any country on the United Nations General Assembly list of least developed countries.
