Leave and Expenses to Seek Employment. 131.1 At any time after the officer has been advised under clause 125.3 of being potentially excess, the officer is entitled to paid leave to seek alternative employment. Leave granted under this clause will be for periods of time to examine the job and to attend interviews. Reasonable travelling time will also be granted.
