Common use of Leave Authorization Clause in Contracts

Leave Authorization. The employee's request and the Employer's decision concerning any requested leave of absence referred to in this Article shall be made in writing. The Employer shall provide a written decision to the employee’s request within three (3) working days of receiving the request.
