Access to Employee's Personnel File. Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to their own personnel file, in the presence of management, upon request by the employee involved. It is understood that employees shall be entitled to obtain copies of all documents contained in their personnel file when requested and that an employee's reply to any document contained in his or her personnel file will also be placed in said employee's personnel file. The Employer agrees to keep only one (1) personnel file per employee.

Access to Employee's Personnel File. Employees covered by this Agreement will have visual access to their own personnel file. Requests to view this file must be sent to the Secretary Treasurer and an appointment will be made to accommodate the request. The Employer will have its representative present when an employee is examining their personnel file. It is understood that employees may make copies of any documentation contained in their personnel file. An employee’s reply to any document contained in his or her personnel file will also be placed in the employee’s personnel file. The employee’s personnel file shall be located in, and maintained by, the Division office.

  • Employee's Personnel File A copy of formal discipline report to be entered on an employee's file will be given to the employee. The employee will be required to sign management's copy. Such signature will indicate receipt of formal reprimand only. Subject to giving the Employer advance notice, employees shall have access to their personnel file.

  • Access to Personal Information by Subcontractors Supplier agrees to require any subcontractors or agents to which it discloses Personal Information under this Agreement or under any SOW to provide reasonable assurance, evidenced by written contract, that they will comply with the same or substantially similar confidentiality, privacy and security obligations with respect to such Personal Information as apply to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW. Supplier shall confirm in writing to DXC that such contract is in place as a condition to DXC’s approval of use of a subcontractor in connection with any SOW. Upon request of DXC, Supplier will provide to DXC a copy of the subcontract or an extract of the relevant clauses. Supplier shall ensure that any failure on the part of any subcontractor or agent to comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or any SOW shall be grounds to promptly terminate such subcontractor or agent. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.
