LEAVE FOR NEGOTIATION OF A COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. During the negotiation of a Collective Agreement, the time lost during working hours will only be paid to a maximum of eighty (80) hours for the entire Union Negotiating Committee. When the total of eighty (80) man hours would be reached meetings outside of normal working hours shall be arranged.
