Leave for OSSTF Business. F.2.3.1 A Permanent Contract Employee selected for a full- time staff position with OSSTF shall be granted a full-time leave of absence by the Employer without loss of salary and benefits and without loss of seniority provided that OSSTF reimburses the Employer for the actual salary (including allowances) and benefit costs. Such leave shall not exceed a period of two (2) years. F.2.3.2 A Permanent Contract Employee elected to a full- time position with OSSTF shall be granted a full- time leave of absence by the Employer without loss of salary (including allowances) and benefits and without loss of seniority provided that OSSTF reimburses the Employer for the actual salary (including allowances) and benefit costs.
