Leave for Other Organization Business. MainePERS shall not be responsible for paying for travel time associated with MSEA activities, except as such time might be within the leave time authorized under Section 1 of this Article and leave time under Section 2 of this Article for negotiations held at other than MSEA headquarters or MainePERS offices.
