LEAVE FOR PARTICIPATION IN EXAMINATION PROCESS. Upon 40 hours advance notice by the employee to his/her supervisor, an employee shall be granted paid leave while participating in an Alameda County examination which is scheduled during the employee's working hours. Sufficient paid leave shall be granted to permit the employee to travel between the work place and the testing site. Examinations for jurisdictions other than the County of Alameda are exempted from this provision.

Sufficient paid leave shall be granted to permit the employee to travel between the workplace and the testing site. Examinations for jurisdictions other than the County are exempted from this provision.
