Leave for the Birth of a Child. An employee shall be granted up to two (2) days’ leave of absence with pay to attend to needs directly related to the birth of their child. At the employee’s option, such leave shall be granted starting on the day of, or the day following the birth of their child, or their partner’s admission to or discharge from the hospital.
